We stayed at the Colris for a few days during the summer holidays, Carl welcomed us by offering a cuppa and a juice for the kids, We did arrive very early 10:00 and the room was still occupied by the previous guests so we was able to leave our luggage and go for a stroll, by midday the room was ready, when you walked in the room it was a bit on the small side for 5 of us but it was so clean and smelled really nice and our luggage had been taken up for us. The staff was really pleasent and Dawn and sharon was very accomodating to our children with games and toys which Dawn borrowed off their son (thanks.
We had read some of the reviews on trip advisor from last year and all i can say is that the new mamgers couldnt have been there.
Staying at the Colris was like a breath of fresh air we was so happy we have booked to come back in October for the illuminations but without the kids  .
I reccomend anyone to try the Colris at a reasonable price and great service this place is great we cant praise it highly enough!!

| This was a really nice and clean place to stay. The staff are friendly and the location is ideal to reach all attractions. I would definatley stay here again. Looking forward to next year. . . . wonder if karaoke will be on again. lol 5 Thumbs up from me. |
